Editor of the English content, NANSMIT web site During his career in journalism and public relations, Konstantin has worked for several international organizations accredited in Tajikistan including the UN and Red Cross entities. He wrote articles, scripts for documentaries and radio programs. Since 2000, Mr. Parshin has been working for international online magazines among which are EurasiaNet, Transitions Online, Oasis, and other periodicals. In 2005-2006 Konstantin was the editor of the Tajik section of the analytical monthly “Media Insight Central Asia”. Mr. Parshin has studied journalism and media management disciplines in Great Britain, in the USA, in Canada, in European Universities and resource centers. Konstantin is an author an implementer of a number of media projects. Among them are “Civic Education on the Radio” and “Elections on the Radio” implemented jointly by NANSMIT and Tajik public radio companies. |
