I don’t admit the court verdict of Shohmansur town of October 17th 2022 that sentenced me to 10 years of imprisonment.The reason is that the course of the investigation and court consisted of lies and slander. I will try to deliver to you in a short form.

I hope dear President that you are always a supporter of freedom of expression, the truth and freedom of media will pay attention to this fabricated case.

Article 307 addition 3 part 2 that prohibits support and active participation in banned parties and movements in the country, applied to me by the Shohmansur district investigators, is a complete slander.
The whole discussion of this article is about only ten sentences that were written in the messenger conversation. This is a conversation between me and one blogger that until the investigation I did not know he belonged to prohibited “Group 24.” There wasn’t any sign of this group in his page as well. The main content of our conversation is that the 21st century is a technological century and all the protests, complaints and gatherings should be on internet. We should not invite people anywhere else.

This conversation according to the experts of the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Tajikistan Kalandarov K and Mahatov Botir has extremist content. If I was aware of Vaysiddin Odinaev being a member of “24,” I would have never had a conversation with him. This was a one-time conversation.

I have no clue on what basis did the court judge me as a member of this group. I was never a member of any kinds of groups and will never be. The evidence of the court that I am a member of the banned group "24" does not contain any documentsor facts only a conversation of 10 (ten) sentences, which I present in the attachment.

Dear President and mass media here are some logical arguments that I’m not a member of this extremist group:

1. If I’m a member of this group then why I’m still in the country whenI traveled out of the country up to three times a year.
2. If I was a member of this group, then why I did not delete this conversation
3. If I was a member of this group then why did I not change my phone number and my social pages?
4. Where is my association to this group in this conversation?

I’m never a supporter of this kind of political groups. Because my position to the problems and society of our country as a journalist. Just because of this 10 (ten) sentence slander, I was deprived of freedom for 7 (seven) years.

The discussion of article 259 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan is completely fabricated and slanderous. According to the document created by the communication service, which was not obtained from any computer program or internet network, and only presumed, I earned 900 000 (nine hundred somoni) somoni. The truth is that I earned 8600 (eight thousand six hundred) US dollars. I will attach the communication service report and the YouTube data.

Dear President and mass media here are some logical arguments that I’m not a millionaire.

1. If I earned 900 000 somoni from youtube, through which bank or from whim I received it.
2. The investigator and the court believed to ungrounded evidence and did not use the service of IT technologist.
3. If I received million, where did I spend it? House, Car, wealth—I have none!
4. With the invitation of the Tax Committee, that was delivered to me on June 4, on June 14 at the Communication Service of Hisor city I registered as an individual entrepreneur and was ready to pay taxes for 8600 US dollars.
5. Part 2 of Article 259, the damage should be 128 000 somoni, but where is the damage when my profit does not reach this amount at all.

The discussion of Article 346, part 2, as if I had false information about the activities of the deputy chairman of theShahmansur town is false accusation.The suitor, Tahir Qayumov, filed a complaint against the incident that happened a year ago.While Qayumov’s oral complaint in the security office of Dushanbe was considered resolved and I deleted the video from my page.

This article is also fabricated.

1. If I streamed false news in my video, then the video was recorded by the residents of Shohmansur town, not me.
2. If I insulted Mr. Qayumov, I apologized for my mistake, and the video was deleted from my page a year ago, in September 2021.
3. Why at the time of the incident in September 2021, when I went to the reception of Qayumov to explain the situation, he didn’t accept me?
