Expert opinion proveded to the judiciary
October 24, 2022 with the request of the Firdavsi Disctrict Court inDushanbe, the head of NANSMIT Nuriddin Karshiboev delivered his
opinion as an expert and provided clarifications on the media episode
in the civil case against Oila.tj website at the suit of M. Sobitov.
The expert as well answered numerous questions of the court and
representatives of the parties on the merits of the dispute. This is
not the first time when representatives of the NANSMIT organization
are called upon to participate as an expert by the request of the
court and lawyers.
The participation of experts in court proceedings is enacted by the
legislation of the country. NANSMIT is ready to continue to provide
expert services to judicial and law enforcement agencies when
considering cases regarding the protection of honor and dignity,
reputation, compensation for moral damage and other information
disputes involving mass media and journalists.
